Rent, lease, or sublicense any of the digital products.
Use the digital products in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair and not in any way that may affect or interfere with server performance or other users.
Engage in any activity that Changing Courses 11 LLC deems unacceptable, regardless of whether it is specifically mentioned in the current terms. Changing Courses 11 LLC reserves the right to determine what constitutes acceptable usage at its sole discretion and may seek damages for violations.
5. Purchases and Payment
Changing Courses 11 LLC accepts payment through methods detailed on the purchasing page. All prices are subject to change without notice.
6. Refund Policy
Refer to our Return and Refund Policy section for details on our 3-day Buyer's Remorse Period. After this period, all purchases are final.
7. Limitation of Liability
Changing Courses 11 LLC shall not be liable for any damages that result from the use of, or inability to use, the digital products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. However, Changing Courses 11 LLC reserves the right to seek compensation for any losses or damages caused by violations of these terms or misuse of our products.
8. Mediation and Legal Action
In the event of a dispute, Changing Courses 11 LLC agrees to seek mediation prior to pursuing any legal action. However, Changing Courses 11 LLC retains the right to seek damages to the full extent of the law for any reasonable claims, including but not limited to theft of intellectual property, improper use of the course, or breaches of the affiliate agreement.
9. Affiliate Program
Our products include a variety of options, some of which feature an affiliate program. If a product has an affiliate link attached, it will be clearly labeled as such.
We also support other businesses by offering links that provide Changing Courses 11 with affiliate commissions when someone makes a purchase through our link.
Note: Any product that includes an affiliate commission arrangement is governed by our Affiliate Agreement. Participation in our affiliate program is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the Affiliate Agreement for that product and can be provided upon request. 10. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms of Service, which shall remain in full force and effect.

Unacceptable Disputes:

REFUND POLICY:

3-Day Buyer's Remorse Period:
We understand that purchasing digital products can sometimes result in a change of mind. To accommodate this, we offer a 3-day Buyer's Remorse Period. If you are not satisfied with your digital product purchase, you may request a refund within 3 days of the purchase date.
Conditions for Refund:
The refund request must be made within 3 days of the original purchase date.
You must provide proof of purchase and details of the product purchased.
Process for Refunds:

Non-Refundable Circumstances:

The following are exceptions where refunds may not be granted:
Products downloaded or accessed more than 3 times within the 3-day period.
Subscription services that have already been utilized.

All Sales Final After 3 Days:
After the 3-day period, all purchases of digital products are considered final. We appreciate your understanding that the irreversible nature of digital delivery service limits our ability to offer refunds.
